Jack Russells
Kalyanka Jack Russells is a small family-based kennel recently having relocated to the beautiful Katherine in the NT. Our dogs are very much a part of the family and spend much of their time in the air conditioning and in the garden on our new block. We focus on producing only a few well thought-out litters each year, striving for quality puppies with superb temperaments that are suitable for residential living.
Our Jack family spend their days enjoying the air conditioning, whilst we all acclimatise and in the garden on our new block. They still get to have quad bike rides and now round up the local guinea fowl as opposed to cattle! While they’re masters at mouse/rat hunting, at night it’s “TV Time” on the lounge.
All Kalyanka Jack Russell dogs and puppies are registered with Dogs NSW and the Australian National Kennel Council and we are dedicated to breeding lovely smooth coat Jack Russell Terriers that meet the highest breed standards and exhibit good natured personalities and excellent temperaments. In the very near future we will become registered breeders with Dogs NT.
We adore our delightful Jack family and welcome other families who will treasure our pups just as we do.
DNA/Genetic Testing
All Kalyanka Jack Russells have had a full breed DNA profile completed. This is specific to the breed and ensures our dogs are clear of any genetic diseases or disorders.
There are many good reasons to test any breeding stock for genetic disease, however in the end it all comes down to safeguarding the health of the breed and ensuring your new family member is in the very best of health.
